Job Description:

Large Media and Entertainment company in Glendale is seeking a Performance Marketing Coordinator to join their consumer products and interactive media division. The Performance Marketing Coordinator will support the Manager, Product Marketing in the development, planning and execution of marketing efforts supporting a variety of mobile products. The candidate must be a highly collaborative, data driven self-starter able to work in a fast paced environment. As Performance Marketing Coordinator, the ideal candidate will partner with key internal teams to execute marketing initiatives for assigned titles including paid mobile user acquisition, synergy campaigns, email efforts, partnership marketing, and asset creation. In partnership with the Manager, Product Marketing, the Performance Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Product Development Team, the User Acquisition Team, the Creative Services Team, the Business Intelligence Team, and the Finance Team to launch, test, measure, and optimize all marketing efforts. The Performance Marketing Coordinator is expected to possess a wide set of skills including mobile marketing execution, creative coordination, frequent communication, collaboration with others throughout the organization, and ongoing self-education, all accomplished with a highly productive work ethic, supporting demeanor, and the highest levels of professionalism. 

​Responsibilities: 

  • •Work closely with game development studios to ensure goals and priorities are aligned 
  • Support the Manager, Product Marketing in the marketing for a variety of mobile titles – brand identity, key messaging, overall vision, marketing strategy development and execution 
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Team to plan and execute communication strategy and assets 
  • Coordinate the development of best in class creative materials working with both internal and external partners including digital advertising creative, print materials, video trailers and/or television commercials, and synergy assets 
  • Partner closely with internal PR, integrated marketing, social media and franchise teams to implement marketing plans across launch and sustainment phases 
  • Analyze performance of marketing campaigns to regularly identify areas for optimization 
  • Coordinate with regional teams to implement global strategy 


Qualifications: 

  • 1-2 years of digital marketing or mobile marketing experience preferably including brand management, product marketing and acquisition experience 
  • College degree required 
  • Personality suited to handle responsibility, leadership and deadlines under pressure 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Experience working with established brands 
  • Passionate about mobile gaming and the mobile industry 
  • Experience with iOS and Android app marketing 
  • Entertainment experience is a plus 
  • Experience in executing successful and cost-effective marketing campaigns (most immediately but not limited to digital marketing channels, e.g. mobile on-device advertising, SEM, social media, email, viral) • Ability to effectively communicate to cross-functional teams 
  • Highly Detailed and Organized 
  • Excellent communication 


Required Education: BA/BS 

Additional Information: Asset management tracking experience a strong plus, as is Jira, Confluence and PhotoShop
