Digital Apps Customer Optimization Specialist 
This Casual Games Studio, part of a major tech giant, is focused on delivering the best in casual games!. 
They are looking for an experienced Digital Apps Customer Optimization Specialist to join us as we support their Casual Games Studio with games on the Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. 

The Digital Apps Customer Optimization Specialist will be responsible for the day to day management and execution of customer acquisition related activities for the Casual Games portfolio across numerous platforms. You will work closely with Production, Design, Marketing and Ad Operations to deliver results across the portfolio. We are looking for self-motivated individuals that are excited to dream, manage and support great products. 

- Optimize Casual Games app store pages on Windows, iOS, and Android platforms to drive app installs 
- Own app store pages 
- Manage creation of Assets (Text, Screenshots, Product Videos, etc) 
- Manage internal approval process 
- Execute changes 
- Report Results 
- Suggest additional Improvement to drive app installs 
- Customer Communication 
- Engage with customers to determine what drives usage & retention 
- Review/Track Daily Ratings/Reviews 
- Report trends/issues as they appear to Production 
- Own in-game customer communication of upcoming product features 
- Drive Search Engine Optimization 
- App Store 
- Web search 
- Other Search Optimizations 
- Communicate Results 
- Work with internal and external marketing teams to Manage Customer Acquisitions Activities 
- Develop User Acquisition Plans 
- Identify best User Acquisition partners for the desired target market 
- Manage User Acquisition partners 
- Measure Results 
- Report Results to Studio management 
- Make recommendations for future User Acquisition 

As a member of the Microsoft Casual Games Team, you will: 
- Create and drive plans for acquiring and retaining users through focused, data-driven, and ROI based mobile user acquisition and retention strategies on multiple platforms across a growing portfolio of titles 
- Drive App Search Optimization efforts, including testing and optimization of keywords, screenshots, app description, and content 
- Investigate, Test, optimize and scale app acquisition and promotional channels (Including Paid Acquisition, Mobile App Conversion, Push/In-App, Organic via App Store Optimization) 
- Work closely with Design/Art to develop content needed to drive acquisitions and engagement 
- Conduct Market Research and comparisons to other apps 
- Gather BI and conduct data analysis across a variety of BI sources 
- Calculate ROI for various user segments to develop optimal plans 
- Be driven by measurable results 
- Schedule and track all campaigns and acquisition efforts to develop ROI comparisons 
- Consult on a regular basis with Studio Leadership team to align expectations and deliverables 
- Communicate directly with customers to determine best strategies for acquisitions 
- Be able to multitask between features, platforms and projects 

Qualifications and skills 
- 2+ Years’ Experience in App/Game customer acquisition, or Digital Performance Marketing role 
- Experience in App Store and Social strategies and tactics to drive app growth 
- Experience in Mobile App Portals 
- Experience with app organic and paid marketing including attribution 
- Thorough understanding of App Description and Screenshot optimization 
- Experience developing, planning and executing App Store Optimization campaigns, along with end-to-end performance analysis and results reporting 
- Experience developing, planning and executing Customer Acquisition campaigns, along with end-to-end performance analysis and results reporting 
- Understand key business terms: LTV, ROI, K Factor & how they apply to App Store Optimization and Customer Acquisition 
- SEO and App Store Keyword Optimization 
- Familiar with the top Customer Acquisition Platforms, Costs and Requirements 
- Be able to manage/maintain asset creation & execution from a variety of creative sources 
- Solid Communicator with both internal and external partners 
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
- Create and Manage Customer Communication Calendar and Roadmap 
- Thorough understanding of scheduling and prioritization 
- Must have high level of interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate with extended team and to be able to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization with confidence and professionalism
