Job Description:

The Marketing Associate: Site Experience – Kids position will create compelling online marketing messages based on consumer insights research, competitive benchmarking, historical results and innovation. 

Key Responsibilities 
• Own Toddler and Baby online marketing strategy from end-to-end 
• Work closely with online buying teams and brand management to develop a deep understanding of Toddler and Baby seasonal assortment 
• Partner with Brand Management and Buying to ensure brand and online business needs / goals are met 
• Partner with Creative to ensure creative execution of Toddler and Baby seasonal messages are hitting off on marketing prioritization and business needs 
• Work with buying, site merch and production to react to in season business needs for Toddler and Baby 
• Own the US Site Calendar for Toddler and Baby messages and change management 
• Work with web production team to ensure all marketing messaging is accurate and launched on time. 
• Own monthly hind sighting for divisions and share out with key business partners 
• Manage monthly competitive analysis, present insights on industry trends and best practices 
• Work with Associate Marketing Manager to bubble up opportunity areas identified from testing, reporting & hind sighting, competitive tracking and ad hoc analysis 
• Own weekly reporting as well as any ad-hoc analysis, sharing out results to broader team(s) for Toddler and Baby 

Key Organizational Relationships: cross-functional and cross-regional marketing teams, production, creative and buying.

• 2-4 years of relevant experience; marketing experience preferred 
• Background in retail/fashion industry (or similar), ecommerce preferred 
• Excellent project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environment 
• Ability to analyze data, interpret for a broad audience, and develop fact-based recommendations to drive marketing decision-making 
• Self-starter and can successfully work through ambiguity 
• Detail-oriented with a passion for flawless execution 
• Technically savvy. Able to work with product management, IT, and web content developers 
• Team player with strong intrapersonal skills to foster relationships with multiple cross-functional teams 
• Excellent communications skills: timely follow-up, ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to various cross-functional teams 
• Experience with Omniture a plus
