AQUENT is seeking a UX Designer for one of our COOLEST clients in Seattle, WA!
As a UX Designer at this client, you will leverage your well-honed UX skills to ensure our end-to-end experiences are world class. You’ll collaborate with talented group of peers, including researchers, content writers, visual designers, engineers, data scientists and business partners who all share your passion for solving both human and business problems. You won’t need to evangelize the importance of Design Thinking. Instead, you’ll get to focus on imagining and delivering exceptional end-to-end experiences.
An eye for implicit user needs: Foremost, you’re a UX Designer who creates thoughtful interactions that delight customers. You obsess about understanding the micro needs of users (needs they may not even recognize themselves) and then designing to enhance every single customer touch point.
A design thinker and executor: You not facilitate workshops, you thrive on design iteration and execution. And, you know the ins and outs of designing experiences that can scale to serve millions of customers.
A data analyst: You work across interdisciplinary teams to find meaningful metrics for user and business success. You seek data and user insights to guide your progress from blue sky designs throughout multi-year product roadmaps and user journeys. You welcome the ability to iterate on your previous design decisions in the spirit of continuous improvement.
A player-coach: You’re a veteran designer who has learned a few lessons about minimally viable products and you know how and when to push the envelope to inspire great designs. Your hard-won victories and lessons learned help you mentor your peers as you execute together all while staying humble and learning from each other.
