Job Description:

  • One of our Fortune 500 clients is looking for a Marketing Analyst with the Digital Marketing experience to support its Business Units with digital programs and experiences that engage consumers in the on-demand digital world. The client is looking for a strategic-thinking digital marketer with a passion for data and storytelling and a desire to join a business culture that is entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and collaborative. The Digital Analytics team is instrumental in making this happen by providing: 

    • Strategic perspective (how will we measure success of these programs?) 
    • Technical expertise (how will we capture the data we need?) 
    • Analysis (how will we show our business impact and what opportunities exist to improve?). 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Be a strategic thinker 
  • Able to Identify success metrics 
  • Become an expert in the customer’s behavior and our business metrics, and use that expertise to help our marketing and product teams build experiences that deliver results 
  • Get creative with technology 
  • Define our data collection and visualization stack 
  • You will be in a position to decide which tools to use and help design the solution 
  • QA and attention to detail will be critical 
  • Tell compelling stories 
  • The team wants to know what’s working and what’s not, and more importantly, they want to ACT on that data. Use your digital marketing savvy to find opportunities to capitalize on wins and address areas for improvement 
  • Identify what they should test? 
  • Tell stories about the customer and business: who are our most valuable customers and how can we acquire and nurture more of them? 



  • Consultative nature, preferably with a track record of using data to answer business questions 
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify problems and the desire to proactively solve them 
  • Ability to learn independently 
  • Ability to work collaboratively 
  • Relevant work or educational experience in data analytics, market research, customer knowledge, or consulting 
  • Some experience with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) a plus 
  • Broad understanding of media and campaign execution and analysis tools such as ad servers (DFA), organic search, social media management and listening, Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and paid search bid management 
  • Understanding of tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Ensighten, Tealium) 
  • Understanding of fundamentals of content management and digital publishing 
  • Understanding of email marketing tactics and technologies (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, ExactTarget) 
  • Working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel 
  • Data visualization experience (such as Tableau) a plus 
  • Some experience running A/B and Multivariate (MVT) tests for digital campaigns a plus 
    Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and clearly explain data to non-technical executive audiences 
  • Prior exposure to financial services or insurance industry a plus
