 Description
Within this client's Hardware Marketing organization, the Cross Product Consumer Engagement team humanizes the Hardware brand with each consumer interaction. We listen to and engage with our consumers, surprise and delight them and create desire for our family of products. We aim to build their brand love and loyalty. In this role, you’ll build the client's Hardware brand on social.

Main Responsibilities
-Drive the strategy and execution for customer and fan relationship management on the marketing side for social media community management.
-Have a finger on the pulse of what’s happening in social media as well as trending topics and culturally relevant moments
-Provide expert marketing support for hardware launches, as well as to customer loyalty and retention programs.
-Use qualitative feedback to identify key trends and insights in user needs and communicate those insights to stakeholders. Champion recommendations for product or process changes.

Required Skills:
BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, 4 years relevant work experience).
3+ years experience in social media marketing or online community management.
Experience creating brand social posts and replies in a voice that’s genuine, humble and human.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly, conversational communications.
Exceptional understanding of social platforms and the ability to stay current with the frequent updates to platforms.
Team player with confidence to take the lead and guide others.
Flexibility and composure under pressure.
You take a customer centric approach to everything you do.

Nice to Have:
Proven track record of developing a dedicated and loyal social media following and find opportunities to surprise and delight fans to build brand love.
Experience developing and building a brand and persona built for social.
Experience defining and meeting KPIs and goals for a brand on social
Record of creating social media content that reaches and engages a target audience.
Ability to write and edit copy to sound human, authentic and real.
Proven good judgment in navigating and resolving sensitive situations
Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple contributors
