Job Description:

SUMMARY:
The Creative Agency Traffic Manager is responsible for the efficient management of the creative-production workflow and day-to-day management of creative agency deliverables for the Retail Partner Marketing team. The role will collaborate with partner marketing, internal creative teams, and external integrated agency to facilitate seamless execution and creative excellence. Particular focus on agency supervision, project briefing, budget management, resource allocation, schedule facilitation, and change management.

Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement disciplined and consistent project workflows
- Develop and maintain proper timelines for all partner marketing creative deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Develop quarterly project calendar and regularly update according to North American product launch strategy and retail account commitments
- Manage agency budget and track financial spending to ensure creative agency remains within budget
- Work with Legal team to develop and execute quarterly scope of work
- Enforce an on-time and orderly workflow, holding agency and internal stakeholders accountable to milestones and agreements
- Identify creative resources and serve as the conduit between the brand and the agency
-Track and maintain project status and deliver creative against the expectations and objectives of internal and external partners
- Lead weekly traffic meeting with agency, partner marketing, and creative teams.

Required Skills:
- BA/BS Degree required
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on creative agency and studio traffic management
- Previous channel marketing and product promotion experience preferred
- Broad experience working directly in a high-volume, fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Proven problem solver with expert knowledge of creative workflow best practices
- Ability to construct workable solutions when presented with fluctuating priorities and multiple points of view
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, listening, and communication skills
- Experience with spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and electronic workflow software
