The Team is responsible for building and managing long-term relationships with our strategic partners by providing them comprehensive product knowledge thru event training, resources, and program development. The training our team provides directly impacts the managerial level of our Partners, secures buy-in for product adoption, and drives revenue through product education.
As an Events Manager, you'll manage events that are crucial for the stakeholders at Partners organizations such as Sales Managers, C-Level Executives, and Product Managers. These events must provide exceptional experiences that encourage our Partner counterparts to think forward about the solutions their organizations can provide to SMBs with advertising products. It is also crucial that these events build morale for being a Partner, help to solidify the relationship with their Partners, and challenge traditional thinking in advertising creatively.
As an Events Manager, you will be persistent in exploring and uncovering the education needs of key clients and create programs that foster an understanding of how our product offerings can grow their business.
Lead program management and localization of these programs to regional audiences
Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams
Manage budget and vendor relationships
Some content creation will be required
Top 3 daily responsibilities:
End-to-end events lead across client and Partner training events
Develop event strategy and vision while ensuring innovative event experience
Work cross-functionally to develop event schedule that aligns with overarching product roadmaps, business priorities, & executive vision
BS/BA degree, no specific field required
3+ years experience in event and project management experience
Excellent written and presentation skills
Comfortable with Google Drive, docs, sheets, etc.
Minimal travel required
Extremely detail oriented and ability to handle ambiguity
Innovative and fresh thinking for event experiences for client to stand out to their partners and clients
Passionate about advertising products, their impact in the market for SMBs
Budget management experience
Exceptional project management skills and experience, including managing multiple stakeholders, external creative agencies and vendors, and international projects
Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision
