What you’ll do

  • Use the latest research practices, tools, and techniques and recommend new ones
  • Distill customer data into insights that shape the direction of our products
  • Design, plan, and conduct research with our business strategy in mind
  • Juggle multiple high-profile projects
  • Passionately articulate and advocate for the ideal customer experience
  • Define, measure, and benchmark criteria for your team’s success
  • Work with cross-functional teams in an agile, experiment-driven environment
  • Help guide projects from the simple to complex, and the vague to well defined
  • Spot opportunities and do something about them

 

WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE

  • 5 or more years of practicing usability and ethnographic methodologies
  • case studies that show how your insights led to great experience design
  • Masters or broad experience in HCI, Information Design, Industrial Design, etc
  • Deep knowledge of UX research techniques, from field research to lab settings
  • Solid track record of contributing to great experiences for consumers
  • Something extra special that makes you a truly unique team contributor: skills, passions, and experiences that inform the work you do and the energy you’ll bring
