Job Description:

Travel: Yes, Up to 10% 

Overview: 
The Marketing team is looking for an energetic and highly organized event coordinator for internal and external facing events. You will partner with communications, operations and marketing, working closely with the event’s project owner and regional marketing team. 

Top Responsibilities: 
1. Partner with the project owner on the overall project management of the event, driving actions to completion 
2. Budget management 
3. Drive internal and external communications 

Additional Responsibilities 
- Scheduling and event logistics 
- Partner closely with content owner to schedule briefings, rehearsals and deliverables for all speakers 
- Collaborating smoothly across multiple internal stakeholders 

Required Skills: 
- BA/BS Degree in communications, hospitality, event management, etc 
- 3-5 Years of experience of direct event management experience 
- Experience working with creative agencies and developing relationships 
- Familiar with Google suite (Docs, Sheets, etc)
