Job Description:

One of our CPG clients is seeking a Copywriter will help support copy team with maintaining a brand voice across multiple platforms​. They will support any copy needs related to packaging, E-commerce, instruction sheets, marketing communication material, product naming and brainstorming

Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating SEO (Search Engine Optimization) brand copy, both short-form and long-form, for e-tailers.
  • Creating packaging copy for all assigned product, while working closely with graphic designers.
  • Maintaining direct contact with all cross-functional team members through emails, phone calls and meetings, including Packaging/Marketing/Engineering/ Legal and Design.
  • Attending weekly status/milestone meetings and package reviews.
  • Reviewing and proofreading electronic packaging/instruction sheet files and communicating with Asia daily to address any copy needs.
  • Editing domestic packaging copy files so they can be translated into multiple languages.
  • Participating in brainstorms to assist with ideation of toy design, marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Working with Marketing leads to create communication for marketing promotional materials.
  • Assisting with Instruction Sheet copy and working with HK/China copy team  


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required. Degree in Communications, Journalism, English/Literature, Media, Advertising or related is preferred.
  • 3-5 years copywriting experience.
  • Strong writing skills and excellent communication skills are required. Must be able to convey clear direction verbally and in emails as well as write compelling, targeted creative copy.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong professional relationships with partners inside and outside the organization.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Good follow-up skills.
  • Ability to act as a liaison between multiple parties.
  • Attention to details and good proofreading skills.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
