Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY: 
Responsible for the execution of marketing programs from brief kick-off through creative implementation. 
Actively manages and clearly communicates project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and expectations to all 
team members and partner agencies and vendors. Programs include cross-channel deliverables, such as 
marketing emails, website assets, social placements, and in-store print collateral. 
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
 Activates and manages the execution of marketing emails, website assets, social assets and in-store 
print collaterals with in-house teams and external agencies and vendors. 
 Creates and publishes schedules and sets interim milestones 
 Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and status throughout 
program lifecycle 
 Identifies program risks and provides mitigation strategies 
 Initiates and leads meetings with cross-functional departments and vendors 
 Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results 
 Fosters partnerships with Merchant, Marketing, Creative, and Production teams 
 Manages day-to-day tasks of program execution: 
o Create, tracks and updates schedules as jobs evolve 
o Works with marketing, creative teams and vendors on resource allocations and timely 
execution of tasks 
o Routes all creative for stakeholder reviews (Workzone, and in-person) and manages 
feedback cycles and revisions ensuring deadlines are met and feedback is addressed 
 Monitors and advocates adherence to process 
 Tracks program health; has a good understanding of project lifecycles 
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 
 Minimum of 2 years experience in project management/account/marketing management 
 College degree or equivalent experience 
 Digital experience a must; Agency or retail experience preferred 
 Excellent MS Office skills (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint); WorkZone and Smart Sheets a plus 
 Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done 
 Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; 
 Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented 
 Strong time management skills; ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and prioritize 
 Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
