Marketing Assistant/Specialist

  • target pay rate - $30-$35/hr
  • Temp-To-Perm (6 Months)

Provide marketing execution that is designed to help one of our Fortune 500 Clients ("Markets") achieve its business and financial objectives. Provide tactical execution support for a full range of marketing activities and initiatives including presentations, document production, internal communications, marketing database input and maintenance, events, marketing collateral development, shipping and invoicing. Scheduling and maintaining an executive calendar. Meeting preparation, production, and organization of all related materials. 

Experience with financial services a plus. Strong tactical execution skills, ability to drive projects from concept to completion. Direct marketing campaign management, database marketing, printing and agency management. Self-starter with strong leadership and change management skills. Excellent multi-level task management and organization skills around diverse projects with tight deadlines in a changing environment. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to gain internal respect and build consensus within a collegial environment. Excellent interpersonal communication skills including oral/written and presentation skills. Goals driven.

Looking for a creative, self-motivated, team player, problem solver. Excellent communication, tactical planning and analytical skills; ability to effectively collaborate with management and internal and external partners while being committed to best practices. Min Education: BA/BS- Min Experience: 3 years’ experience- Pref Education: Graduate- Pref Experience: 3-5 years’ experience.
