Our client is looking for an Asst. Business Manager for Merchandising!


The Assistant BM will support our Merchandising efforts for our Photo and Cameras/Camcorders area. The candidate will be a seasoned MA with experience with Item Setup, as well technically oriented experience with tools, Photo electronics, issue management and great personality working with collaborative, creative teams. They will be an integral part of the team touching and managing multiple areas and interacting with many teams. Please join us for an exciting opportunity to affect billions! 

Job Responsibilities will include but not limited to : 
- Customer Service Reporting and Resolution (CS inquiries, executive escalations, BBB complaints, Click to Chat, Incident management, call management, site issues, opinion labs). 
- Item Set-up expertise (production DB, Pre production DB, QA, Ops testing, 3rd party content management, and DPA troubleshooting) 
- Content releases – coordination and execution 
- Competitive Market Research and Price Tracking 
- Production issue management (Tickets, follow-up and communication efforts with Production Support, Engineering, and product management teams) 
- Tile and Imagery Merchandising (3rd party Photo Pages)
