Job Description:

Our client, a major Healthcare company, is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who would be responsible for supporting the CRM Campaign Strategy team in managing and executing functions necessary to facilitate strategic customer communications. This role supports and executes on the established business vision and strategies for existing customer engagement and new customer acquisition communications. 

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

  • Oversee traffic management including creative development, stakeholder sign off, and content management of print and digital collateral 
  • Assist CRM Strategy & Communications lead in the planning and execution of overall communications strategy 
  • Assist in go to market activities required in order to launch a direct to customer campaign including partnership on campaign configuration, managing email test strategies, leading print vendor relationships and mail execution 
  • Manage implementation and distribution of communication tools to internal audiences including email blasts, sales notifications, and stakeholder resources 
  • Assist with a variety of other CRM Communications projects including creation of PowerPoint presentations, project plan development and results dashboards 
  • Stay current with industry practice on marketing communications using knowledge to impact communication tactics
  • Special projects as assigned

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of Direct to Customer Communications, Public Relations or Marketing experience 
  • Experience with end to end marketing campaign management from strategic insights to creative development to launch and post launch analytics 
  • History of consistently delivering business results, preferably at divisional and enterprise levels
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment 
  • Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
  • Solid creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational efforts
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills 
  • Proven ability to function in a matrix environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.)
