Job Description:

Our client has implemented a content management solution focused on the reuse of modular marketing promotional content through multiple channels (web, print, e-mail, and iPad).  We need a Project manager to plan, schedule and coordinate activities performed by a team of content managers and graphic design specialists.  This team is responsible for the build and maintenance of standard master content, and the reuse of the content onto templated surfaces to build promotional marketing materials. The Project Manager will master the standard processes and procedures and ensure high quality and compliance across the team.  The role is in support of a contracted service provided to a Pharmaceutical client in Upper Gwynedd, Pa.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Define, plan, schedule and control content management and marketing production activities, apply strategic thinking, process efficiency methods, technical and project management skills to satisfy project requirements
  • Accountable for the execution, management and quality control of multiple projects from concept to completion ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and meet all timeline/ milestones
  • Serve as point of contact on projects and production workflow
  • Proactively recommend resource assignments to meet operational workload shifts
  • Create detailed project (creative, multimedia, technology, etc.) requirements through discussions and meetings with internal project team members across all departments; including functional specifications, creative briefs, and wireframes
  • Conduct and lead kick-off and status meetings regularly with clients and the internal team
  • Proactively communicate with clients about production recommendations, risks, challenges and solutions


  • A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of hands-on project experience preferably working in the promotions space 
  • Ability to qualify innovative ideas with top-notch research and industry knowledge 
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills 
  • Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented and capable of self-managing and multi-tasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills as a team leader and team player
