Program Manager, Creative Marketing/In-Store 
Responsible for executing end-to-end execution of creative marketing programs, from strategic planning stages through creative implementation, across all channels including traditional print and digital media. Clearly and actively communicates program schedules, deliverables and expectations to all team members. 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: 
• Activates and manages individual components of marketing campaigns, across channels including: window animations, print, direct mail, in-store marketing/collateral and digital media 
o Digital media experience especially important as position manages a variety of digital channels including site, mobile and social platforms 
• Creates and publishes comprehensive schedules and sets interim milestone meetings, integrating traditional and digital media touch-points in process. Proactively monitors progress to achieve deadlines and results 
• Fosters partnerships with Marketing, Creative, Digital and Visual teams. Clearly and actively communicates requirements, deliverables, timelines and budget status throughout program lifecycle 
• Partners upstream w/ strategic partners in Marketing/Digital Marketing to communicate strategic milestones and provide executional considerations for brief 
• Manages day-to-day tasks of program execution: 
o Opens jobs and builds job folders w/ all project info; updates as jobs evolve and maintains final product archive of job info 
o Tracks schedules and updates status reports for weekly status meetings 
o Receives comps from Marketing; ships and tracks comps to photo shoot and retoucher 
o Identifies all photo shoot needs across channels; partners with Creative team and Art Buying for photo shoot execution 
o Facilitates retouching milestones between Creative and retoucher; communicates program schedule and ensures feedback deadlines are met within number of allotted rounds 
o Routes/reviews all US mechanical files prior to release; secures translations for CDA French versions 
• Monitors and advocates adherence to process; identifies means to integrate and improve efficiency between marketing and digital marketing teams 
• Tracks programs to budget; has a good understanding of budget and any co-op funding; facilitates conversation between Creative, Marketing and producer if/when costs impact design &/or budget 

POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 
• 4-6 years experience in program/account/marketing management 
• College degree or equivalent experience 
• Agency or creative program management experience required 
• Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
• Effective relationship-building skills, ability to cultivate strong partnerships across teams to get work done 
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results/push programs forward 
• Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented 
• Strong time management skills; ability to juggle priorities 
• Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
