Job Description:

The Communications Manager will be responsible for delivering internal communications for Product Management, a part of the Corporate Strategy team. This person needs to be an organized, efficient, and proficient communicator, who is tech savvy and loves to think creatively to help solve communications problems. 

• This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Director of Product Management 
• Create and maintain an ongoing “system” of communication for broad internal updates on our product roadmaps and deliverables involving features and new technology for stores, e-commerce, corporate tools, etc. 
• Maintain consistency in product updates across multiple communication channels, tracks and teams 
• Create communication campaigns for internal PdM team. Can include email, posters, videos, and other creative assets 
• Partner with the IT and corporate communication to evangelize features, programs and tests where appropriate

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once 
• Great writing skills, with previous experience creating and editing internal communication documents, such as PowerPoint presentations for meetings, org announcements, and intranet pages 
• Proven experience to create and manage cyclical status updates across 20+ tracks of work 
• Creative thinker who's unafraid to ask questions and solve problems
