Job Description:

Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a CRM analyst who will design database queries against a complex data environment including Netezza, Oracle, TeraData, and SQL Server databases, and deliver customer data files to vendors and strategic partners in support of a variety of initiatives across all cliet's brands and channels. Analyst may be required to create/support data warehouse, data import/transfers (ETL), reporting environments, and/or specific operational or business reporting. 

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: 
• Designs direct marketing campaigns 
• Oversees campaign build process 
• Performs QA review of all campaigns 
• Participates in efforts to build new direct marketing capabilities 
• Identifies and manages process improvement efforts 
• Manage a variety of tasks and requests from many different clients 
• Work comfortably and professionally in a dynamic and collaborative environment 
• Translate between business and technical communication; adjust communications as appropriate for audiences with varying degrees of technical expertise 
• A strong business process/operations/analytical background is required. The sensitive nature of customer data demands strict attention to detail and the adherence to formal standards and processes (privacy, security, etc). 

Skills Overview: 
• 5-7 years of related professional experience 
• At least one year Experience with Campaign Management Applications/Software 
• Bachelor's degree (marketing, MIS, computer science, or business) 
• Candidate should possess one or more of the following skills: 
o End-User experience w/ Unica Campaign (or other CRM software) 
o SQL, PL/SQL (or SAS) 
o PGP, Unix, FTP 

Preferred Qualifications: 
• Ideal candidates will also be familiar with the following concepts: 
o Relational databases 
o Database marketing 
o Data manipulation/ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) 
o Experience in data management (security, hygiene, etc), direct marketing, campaign analytics, and/or retail industry
