Job Description:

Large Media and Entertainment company in Burbank is seeking a coordinator to join their Global Treasury team. This is a long-term temporary assignment slated to go 6-12 months. 


  • Responsible for managing the documentation process related to the opening and closing of company bank accounts world-wide, including coordination with internal clients and banks, KYC information and signature card gathering, and completion of bank account setup forms 
  • Input, update and maintain bank account information in account database and ensure all account activity uploads accurately into treasury workstation 
  • Respond to inquiries from business units and internal clients on account opening or closure status, system entitlements and bank statement requests
  • Assist with special projects as needed and some administrative duties 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel 
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information 
  • Ability to work with limited supervision 
  • Good customer service 

Preferred Experience: 

  • Retail banking experience or experience in corporate cash management/treasury function 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field preferred
