A Day in the Life:
•Implement marketing plans using best-in-class B2C and B2B direct marketing and retail strategies to help optimize specific account acquisition and ongoing engagement.
•Manage creative execution with all required cross-functional teams as well as oversight of deliverables, including marketing project plans and inventory/asset spreadsheets.
•Ensure all Legal/Compliance requirements are met and handle ongoing compliance and marketing operations updates for larger team.
•Utilize research insights for creative brief development and as applicable, assist in strategy development for short and long-term marketing plans.
•Identify potential issues and opportunities within projects and appropriately escalate to deliver solutions
• Promote Brand awareness and manage consistency
Experience: 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business. MBA Preferred. 3+ years experience in an organizational role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment. •Confident in leading marketing projects for multiple clients. Proven ability to quickly ramp up on expectations of client. Actively researches, learns and incorporates new means and methods whenever and wherever possible to improve processes. •Adaptable: handle multiple projects, deadlines and shifting priorities •Excellent project management skills: can manage complex marketing programs with strong attention to detail •Excellent communication skills: writing, editing, and ability to influence across all levels of management •Can interpret analytics and campaign performance for campaign refinement •Has experience with Digital programs and channels
