Job Description:


The North America Brand Academy is the learning and development program

dedicated to serving North America Brand Marketing team, supporting more than

600 employees. Teammates include Category and Function Brand Marketers as well

as teams located in four NA Territory offices. We provide onboarding training for all

new NA Brand teammates as well as ongoing development opportunities related to

skills, tools and processes – all with the goal of inspiring the team to become even

better marketers.

We design, develop and execute live and digital training experiences through

classes, workshops, resources and more. The Comms, Training & Design Manager

will have the opportunity to operate from a strategic and hands-on perspective. The

ideal candidate will contribute training content and ideas for the program, design

training materials, and manage the primary communications and delivery systems

that support the program.


Job Duties

• Be a strategic thought partner for the NA Brand Academy program

• Create and develop visually engaging program elements including style

guides, Keynote presentations, icons, emails, job aids, handouts, promotional

material, etc.

• Craft the communication strategy for the NA Brand Academy Website

• Manage the set up and weekly reporting of classes through Nike U (Moodle)

• Create, develop and execute communication strategies and plans

• Create and manage email campaigns through MailChimp

• Assist with the planning and coordination of training events

• Facilitate and deliver training experiences to the NA Brand audience



• Excellent collaborator and teammate

• Premium graphic design skills

• Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills

• Excellent facilitation and large-group presentation skills

• Experience with the following tools/technologies: CMS Platforms, Adobe

Creative Suite, MailChimp, Keynote, MS Word/Excel. Basic HTML knowledge

a plus.

• Experience with brand, marketing, communication and/or learning and


• Awareness of basic transition management practices
