Job Description:

This coordinator works cross-functionally across engineering, product marketing, operations, design, production, marketing, and business/content teams to help scope and drive feature launches. The person in this role must have a strategic mindset and an ability to build solid relationships with colleagues across the entire org and around the world. It’s essential to be able to dive deep into a feature and understand the scope and dependencies, but also be able to articulate the “big picture” vision and make sure the feature stays aligned with larger goals. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and define the project requirements and make sure key stakeholders are up to speed on the nuances of how this will impact business, content, and marketing, all while remaining an advocate for the user experience while helping to manage the entire lifecycle of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with technical writing of requirements and functional specs
• For example, the coordinator may take on a sub set of features for specific projects while the lead Feature Producer manages top level features
• Coordinate Features UAT sessions with cross functional teams
• Review editorial and localization for Features
• Set-up cross functional project reviews for Features & UAT
• Track project enhancements and fixes
• Write and send out monthly release notes for Features
• Write documentation for feature projects
• Maintain updated documentation for Feature projects
• Support cross functional communication and knowledge about features & support business teams with FAQs and answers
• Establish production and project schedules for cross-functional teams
• Develop user experience stories and use cases for testing on projects
• Assist with special projects as needed

Key Qualifications
• 3+ years of Product/Project Management experience, including the ability to build, lead and work with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives
• Negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to influence and persuade partners to reach optimal decisions for the business
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
• Possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentations skills, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior leadership
• Passion for problem solving in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical and quantitative skills; experience using hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases
• Passion for connecting and influencing people to drive towards a shared business goal
• A strong project management background is key to manage varying levels of complexity and timelines running concurrently over extended periods of time

Education
• B.S./B.A. required
• PMP certification is a plus
