Job Description:

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Project Manager on a 10 month contract basis.

This is a content production role. Must have marketing background in a corporate setting. More print with some digital. This is not a strategic role.

-Responsible for multiple competing projects within the Multi-Channel Content Production team. Project types include process, technology, change, requirements discovery, and business operations. 
-Coordinate all aspects of projects, with emphasis on planning, scheduling, communications, production and documentation. 
-Contribute to the department’s business as usual tasks: Coordination of PDFs and reports bundling, and Intranet authoring.

Skills Needed: 
-Strong practical knowledge of Project Management fundamentals required. Agile or PMP certification is valued, but not required. 
-Excellent MS Office for Windows skills required. Specifically, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
- Experience working with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and CQ5.
-MS Project, SharePoint, and Visio knowledge desired. 
-Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal), skills required. 
- Excellent ability to work with ambiguity, ability to multi-task, and excellent follow through. Continuous Improvement mindset
-Requires at least 4+ years of experience.

Project Manager:
-Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects.
-Oversees all aspects of projects. 
-Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project. 
-Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects. 
-Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.
-Requires at 4-6 years of experience.
