Job Description:

We are working on a new opportunity with a top financial client in Wilmington, Delaware! This role is a freelance role with strong opportunity to extend if it's a good fit! The details are below, we are looking for a Copy Editor with financial services and newsletter experience. This Copy Editor must be a dedicated, meticulous and organized talent with the ability to multitask various projects and liaison with multiple team members to ensure projects are delivered on time at the highest quality.


Role and Responsibilities:

· A confident editor-in-chief to plan and produce newsletters that provide Customer Service front-line managers and their employee's priority information to be delivered in a team huddle

· Develop, edit and create newsletters that convey important, easy-to-understand information

· Partner with business partners to organize and lead review meetings to determine content and approaches to presenting content

· Meet deadlines

· Secure content approvals

· Ensure all communications adhere to internal brand and style guidelines



· Superior writing, editing, and proof-reading skills

· Strong organizational, project and time management skills

· Creative mind with ability to simplify complex information into everyday language

· Good interpersonal skills
