Role Description This role sits in the Latin American marketing team, working collaboratively with the central marketing team, marketing operations, and external agencies in the US and Latin American markets. It is a unique opportunity to design the Customer Lifecycle Management strategy to increase the value of existing users, reduce and prevent customer attrition, identify opportunities to increase conversion and engagement with new buyers, and activate “dormant user” in a high-profile, growing region. The role offers a strong intersection of marketing intuition & strategy, consumer insights & analytics, campaign tactical & creative execution and technology experience. We are looking for a marketer who is passionate for understanding consumer behavior, determining actionable insights & translating them into a strong lifecycle marketing strategy. You will work closely with Marketing Analytics on opportunity assessment, test design, planning and analysis and impact of campaigns. You will also be expected to drive innovation & learning across channels as well as through product and process enhancements to drive better results. Primary Responsibilities Work closely with marketing channels, operations and external agencies to launch campaigns, including in email, onsite merchandising, mobile and social. Own operational execution of current CRM initiatives, including overseeing budgets, targets and operations. Lead cross-functional team to deliver plan on time Monitor, test, and improve performance across multiple marketing campaigns - providing actionable recommendations to maximize ROI. Work closely with market research & analytics teams to understand consumer segmentation/behavior & identify consumer insights to leverage in lifecycle marketing (e.g. new members, active users etc.). Identify customer insights that help define the strategy to maximize conversion with eMail, social, mobile and Onsite campaigns. Manage the budget for Relationship Marketing channels to develop the different campaigns, coupon initiatives, and defining priorities based on ROI Partner with external agencies to deliver impactful creative and keep evolving/improving based on external benchmarks and best practices. Work closely with the product management and engineering team in the continuous improvement of CRM operations, tools and processes. Job Requirements: • Analyze the marketing performance data deeply, and transform these insights into actionable recommendations to help the marketing and product teams identify novel strategic opportunities. The role also involves owning the experimentation analytics from the adequacy of test set-up to the relevance of test measurements, enabling a strong decision process. • Has sharp strategic thinking and ability to translate quantitative & qualitative consumer data/insights into a strong targeted marketing strategy • Is a great marketer with sound analytical skills and strong intuition regarding creative design and consumer response • Has demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, previous experience in matrix-ed organization is a plus • Output focused with aptitude to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and drive towards implementation and results • Demonstrated project management, planning and time management skills • Demonstrated ability to innovate and think creatively • Fun, energetic and collaborative personality. A positive outlook, a driven and detail-oriented nature, and the drive to excel and thrive in an exciting, fast-paced environment • Fluent in English and Spanish is a must. Portuguese a plus. Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or similar • At least 2 years of experience in analytics-driven Relationship Marketing • At least 3 years of experience in Marketing • At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce or internet company • Deep knowledge and understanding of Latin America markets and e-Commerce landscape is highly preferred top 3 skills: analyzing marketing performance; good analytics experience identify key performance metrics monitor in deal time sharp analytic thinker. need to speak Spanish, Portuguese is a plus. interview process: 1-2 phone screens then on site
