Job Description:

We are hiring an Events Marketing Manager with 5+ years’ professional experience in marketing programs, events, marketing communications, and/or field marketing, preferably in high-technology to a global fortune 500 client for a 30- 40 hour contract starting in April 2017 until Dec 2017. A qualified candidate will have had direct resoponsibilities for running programs at events, working with different functional leads to pull people and plans together; building schedules for individuals. You be responsible for Managing logistics and planning, including event planning, budget creation/adherence, venue/vendor management (when applicable), staffing plans, onsite event coordination, marketing communication promotion, and post-event reporting - Develop, manage, and execute project plans - Onsite program management for US-based programs.

This role requires travel to conferences in Chicago and NYC in July 2017, August 2017and then last week of November 2017 as well - so candidates should NOT have any planned needs for time off during these peak times.
