Lead, alongside the marketing team and other functional teams, the effort in monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities & initiatives as they relate to company objectives.
Establish a working model to forecast marketing performance, track the health of the marketing funnel against goals, and spot efficiencies.
Create and maintain reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities on business impact and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Create scalable processes that ensure best practices in marketing analytics and campaign & marketable database management.
Conduct complex data analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions by stakeholders from across the company.
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on marketing programs.
Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.
6+ years in marketing, marketing analytics or similar role, with at least 3 years spent leading analytics strategies
Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel, SQL and experience with reporting and data analysis). Proven ability to look across multiple systems and multiple data sources to define and optimize success metrics.
Advanced proficiency in marketing automation systems (preferably Pardot), CRM (Salesforce) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes. Must be able to explain complex items to various stakeholders and understand projects that have different analytical goals and needs.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree is a plus
