Job Description:

We are looking for a Creative Research Analyst on a 6+ month contract basis. The ideal candidate will have in -depth knowledge of financial & investment concepts, and be able to create charts, has strong Excel skills and can tap into tools such as Bloomberg to run charts depicting investment results, work with the writers through various business scenarios to develop Marketing perspective using charts/graphs, and depict Marketing creative correlations.

The Creative Research Analyst works independently on standardized/recurring assignments and under the direct supervision of more senior team members on complex projects, analyses, and tasks. Supports the Writers by conducting research to aid in the development of communications targeted at various audiences. Partners with the Writers to determine research needs, executes research, and presents findings to the Writers and other creative groups

-Conducts research. Partners with the Writers to determine research needs. Identifies and proactively explores additional research gaps or new trends. Researches statistical, product, audience, anecdotal and other relevant information in support of creative and content development; utilizes a range of internal and external sources and leverages existing research.

-Summarizes and presents research findings. Synthesizes input from sources and presents findings to the Writers in an appropriate format. Provides data to designers for the creation charts and graphs. Collaborates with the statistical results group to ensure accuracy in data.

-Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of moderate complexity

-Demonstrates effective written and verbal communication skills with a diverse group of associates and senior business leaders

-Demonstrates strong detail orientation, process orientation, organizational, and multi-tasking skills; ability to effectively prioritize and manage assigned workload and meet established deadlines

-Demonstrates the ability to collaborate and develop/maintain working relationships within and outside the Client environment to enable effective completion of business objectives

-Demonstrates the ability to work in a team environment; initiative to work and learn independently and proactively contribute to department goals while maintaining effective business relationships with associates throughout the organization

-Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of financial and investment concepts

-Requires 3-5 years of industry knowledge in investment analysis and research

-Requires a Bachelor’s Degree
