    Our Fortune 500 Entertainment Client is seeking an Associate Digital Account Manager. If selected you would be in a supporting role for all post sales online advertising coordination. This includes assisting the Account Managers (AMs) with various duties and efforts within the advertising campaign process. Duties and efforts will include, but are not limited to:

  • Requesting creative assets
  • Organizing and testing creative assets
  • Coordinating and distributing campaign performance reports to clients
  • Coordinating and distributing reports to internal stakeholders
  • Providing screenshots to clients, assisting with billing and invoicing, assisting in ad system setup, and general campaign management assistance as determined by the business unit.


  • Primary liaison for the Account Managers & Sr. Account Managers in different teams for ad operations, sales development and setting up the ad on website to ensure timely campaign launch and delivery.
  • Support fulfilling the ad sales request by running reports, taking screenshots, assist with billing, assist with general campaign management, among other duties.
  • Effective project management skills with proven ability to work with various groups to reach a common goal.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong respect for a team environment and able to multi-task.
  • Individual must be detail oriented, possess exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to cultivate sales and client relationship.

  • Requirements:

    Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year digital media experience required.
  • Experience with web based systems. At least worked or familiarized with web based systems, online and Internet.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook a plus.
  • High level of proficiency with Excel (creating formulas, running reports, Pivot tables, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented, articulate and confident with a strong work ethic with excellent organizational, project/time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in advertising/sales and familiarity with database applications a plus.
  • Experience with FreeWheel digital ad system preferred.
  • BA degree -Marketing, Communications or equivalent exp
