Job Description:

Managing category projects, item setup processes and analyzing data to help lead execution of Merchandise and Beverage categories to deliver against the strategic Reserve Brand growth plans. Progressive analytical experience in product, marketing, consulting or other relevant environment. Project leadership. Strong attention to detail and cross-functional navigation experience a must. 3-5 years experience.

What does a typical work day entail? What are the daily tasks/responsibilities/deliverables?
o Item Set up - Support all steps of item set up process to advance items to launch status.
o Data Mgmt/Integrity – Support all steps of item setup process to advance items to launch status
o Description Sheets – Collateral used in the product knowledge sessions and to provide at a glance reference materials for retail partners
o Ring sheets & Ops support (post-launch) - Collateral used and requested by retail partners
o POS/Ring functionality – There are typically many hang-ups with items at this stage. Items continually need to be investigated and republished, involving a resource to guide the process and involve the necessary cross-functional resources.
o Sample management – samples are used for reference, product knowledge seminars, archive and marketing
o Invoice processing – items procured from non-standard vendors requiring invoice methods
o Core team or 3-5 people including the reporting-to manager
o they will be working with cross-functional teams across the organization and various third party vendors as well

- Cross-functional, interpersonal project management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic Excel knowledge is a must (general formula knowledge)
