Job Description:

Large Media & Communications company is seeking a coordinator to join their Human Resource team. This is a temporary opportunity slated to go 3 months, but could extend.

Responsibilities:
· Schedule/coordinate meetings for high level executives which includes requesting availability, reserving meeting spaces, and sending meeting invites/confirmation
· Maintaining communication if meetings change
· Coordinate many busy schedules in various time zones
· Make sure all materials are provided for appropriate meetings; printing documents for meetings
· Responsible for keeping information confidential
· Ad hoc projects for HR group when needed

Qualifications:
· 2-3 years of experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Quick learner
· Experience working with senior level executives
· Proficient with google calendars
