Job Description:

3-6 month contract before converting to Full Time. Job overview: We are looking for a visual designer to join a fun and dedicated team responsible for Firm­wide digital behavior change. As a visual designer, you will design and execute materials for multi­channel, multi­tactic adoption campaigns. The visual designer is the expert for visual designs of collateral and assets that are on­brand and consistent with our work across products and portfolios. You'll work hand­ in­ hand with product owners, strategists, writers, cyber experts and learning experts. The Visual Designer is part of the Digital Acceleration Team, which reports into the Chief Digital Officer. Digital Acceleration is tasked with embedding digital in our Firm's culture by driving changes in overall mindsets and behaviors and through adoption of our digital products. Detailed job description: Develop concepts that are relevant to, and resonate with, the target audience(s) while supporting defined communication goals and team outcomes Create designs that align with user experience, objectives and established Brand guidelines Illustrate concepts by designing rough layouts of design, copy, and additional related assets Take ownership of deliverables, coordinating with team members independently and efficiently Communicate effectively with stakeholders from across the organization to bring technical expertise, answer questions and troubleshoot problems Work with other visual designers to define visual and creative elements for the purpose of product branding and visual standards Help drive the identification and dissemination of visual communications best practice and guidelines Assist in print materials and other mediums as necessary Required skills: Graphic Design including layout, typography and design using the Adobe Creative Suite PowerPoint expertise to create engaging presentations Creative problem solving Ability to process complex information and communicate it simply Written and oral communication skills User empathy and interest in better understanding how the organization works Understanding of behavior change methodologies like the organization's influence model or Prosci's ADKAR model Ability to handle tight timelines and conflicting feedback with grace under pressure Required experience and education Bachelor's degree 3 ­ 5 years of relevant experience designing and executing marketing campaigns, including content and assets for web, mobile, and occasionally print Demonstrated experience managing relationships with multiple stakeholder groups including senior leaders Proven strategic thinking, creativity and communication skills
