Our global client in Kohler, WI is seeking a passionate and talented integrated video producer to join their motion content production team for about 2 months. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, results oriented problem solver. He / She will possess a deep understanding of the entire video production process, from inception to delivery. The candidate will lead both internal and external projects and will excel in executing small to large-scale creative, globally. No production is too big or too small. No location too remote.
In this role, the integrated producer will oversee multiple projects concurrently. He / She will understand the projects’ needs and how to allocate internal and external resources appropriately, fostering a network of production resources for live action, design and animations projects.
Responsibilities include creating and tracking estimates, timelines and coordinating resources. Overseeing pre-production, production and post-production,
Oversees multiple production projects at once, from concept to delivery. is accountable to project budget adherence and deadlines.
Serves as a liaison between the Video COE and the other COEs, the studio team, the account and project management teams and external vendors.
Continuously tracks estimates and timelines, based on best practices, to complete our business partner’s objectives.
Coordinates studio resources (internal and external) as needed for each project - including but not limited to crew, talent, product, sets, props, production and post production needs.
Maintains and updates production databases, video spreadsheets, calendars and similar production tools.
Submits the Deliverables Form for each project.
Completes and submits all talent releases. Verifies usage and fees.
Completes and submits all property and inventory releases for production. Secures / verifies permits as needed.
Coordinates travel when necessary.
Provides logistical support for in-house post-production team.
Helps to coordinates the archiving of source footage, masters and other video elements upon receipt of media.
Coordinates the delivery and distribution of the master files.
Delivers on time and on budget.
Close working relationship with business-assigned Account and Project Managers, the photo studio as well as other members of the Communications Video COE.
Occasional contact with Communications Leadership and business partners.
Frequent contact with vendors and contract resources, domestically and globally.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, film / video plus a minimum of three years experience as a line producer, agency producer or comparable production experience.
Must be organized, skilled at simultaneous management of multiple projects, and understand all aspects of video production and post-production. This includes a cursory understanding of the equipment, hardware and software needed for video production.
Must be a team player with excellent communications skills.
Must be an exceptional communicator able to confidently explain estimates, production schedules and production specifics to internal clients and external vendors.
