Job Description:

This role is responsible for successfully supporting the delivery of Program IRIS communications and change management solutions and deliverables as part of the global SAP ERP implementation. The Change Management and Communications consultant will support global team activities toward established change management deliverables and milestones, supporting the identification and management of key stakeholder expectations and relationships.

In addition to facilitating change management activities, the Change Management and Communications consultant is responsible for executing the global IRIS communication strategies and acts as key participant in leadership communication activities, developing relationships with the regions, countries and site affiliates to develop and execute local change management programs to achieve the appropriate level of commitment. Overall the incumbent has responsibility for the effectiveness of the global change management efforts, including readiness, impact assessments, deployments and the integration of change management into and across project teams.

Skills: Successful candidates will have proven skills in leading and managing global team dynamics, developing and executing against change strategies and plans, leading the execution of stakeholder management and communication strategies and plans. In addition, candidates will have proven business analysis skills, management expertise and demonstrates knowledge and high-level understanding of general business processes and process outcomes.

Must be self-motivated and self-directed and able to carry out assignments to completion. Must be able to operate a personal computer and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP (preferably SAP). Need individual with experience with marketing and communication campaigns (development of videos, posters and brochures). Capable of making website updates. Capable of building and executing surveys. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Must be able to lead a number of projects or activities concurrently. Must relate well with people at various levels of the organization and put forth a positive image of the organization to both internal and external parties. Must demonstrate a commitment to the Company's Mission, Vision and Values.
Limited travel can be expected.

Education: Bachelor's Degree
