Job Description:

A major beauty/fashion retailer is looking for a UX program manager with 4+ years of experience. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end execution of project life cycles for web (desktop and mobile) and native app.

This person will:
- Lead UX design team to release multiple projects across desktop, mobile web and native app platforms
- Create updated UX process to create efficiencies across Development and Product Management
- Collaborate with Product Management and Development leads to create yearly roadmap of projects
- Manage UX team workload and resourcing, creative and testing vendor relationships and UX team budget

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in program/account/UX management
- Agency or creative program management experience required
- Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; confidence in leading/facilitating cross-functional team meetings to achieve results/push programs forward
