Job Description:

Large Media and Entertainment company in New York is seeking a coordinator to join their Human Resources team. This is a temporary role covering a maternity leave. This role will support the VP of HR as well as the HR Team.

Responsibilities:
-Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks
-Provide 1-on-1 support to the Vice President of HR
-Bi-coastal coordination of internal meetings with California team
-Coordinate schedules and internal communications
-Order supplies for the department
-Tasked with taking detailed notes

Skills:
-Must be proficient in PC skills, Outlook, SAP, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Word *SAP IS A MUST*
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Must self-sufficient, but not afraid to ask questions
