You will leverage an iterative, user-centered approach and solid UI design skills to deliver valuable new experiences for our clients and colleagues across mobile and web
platforms. Client looking for experienced professionals who possess a blend of user-centered design practices, creative innovation, and the drive to work on some of the most exciting digital
initiatives within their organization.

An essential member of team, you contribute to all aspects of designing and delivering great user experiences with a focus on prototyping and creatively approaching constraints. You pair up with researchers, designers, product managers, developers, architects and internal clients to determine what is should feel like to interact with a product or service across multiple touchpoints, to help clarify what will be most critical to the success of a product, and to define how we make those concepts real. You are always seeking to learn new tools and technologies as well as to deepen your craft.

Working within the Digital Transformation function at client, they are developing the tools to power the next generation of management consulting. Here, we do not accept our esteemed organization’s past success, but challenge it, as we utilize design thinking and digital technologies to create new ways of working that will define the future of how they deliver professional services.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
 Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to define journey maps, user flows, and interaction models for products and services
 Advise the team on what will create a highly engaging and intuitive user experience and be the voice for how design decisions will impact realization of product vision.
 Work with user researchers to turn observational insights and other data into creative solutions
 Create storyboards and plan usage scenarios, flow, and states of product interaction
 Build prototypes to demonstrate interactive behaviors, develop navigational hierarchies and effectively visualize key concepts of product structure and user flows
 Find ways to make complex information and interaction as simple as possible
 Working within our design language, develop high-quality user interfaces and visual assets for products
 Create UI specification documentation (web and mobile) that teams can use to create user stories and developers can translate into code
 Collaborate with software developers and architects to review, iterate and refine product design during development cycles
Qualifications:
 BA or MA in Interaction Design, Communication Design, Product Design, HCI, or equivalent
 3-5 years of professional experience in web, software, or product design; first-hand experience with agile software development a big plus
 A design portfolio demonstrating strong creative skills, the ability to generate compelling ideas, and a thorough understanding of the design process
 Proficiency with current design tools and software applications; we use Sketch, InVision, Adobe suite, Omnigraffle, etc.
 Strong communication skills with ability to articulate and optimize design based on the value
to the user and the business
 Strong collaboration– you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources; experience working with others on a global basis
 A sense of humor and positive attitude.
 Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment and embark on regional and global travel as needed.
