Job Description:

Short term assignment for a Principal Interaction Designer!

Develop high-level and detailed storyboards, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate voice interaction and design ideas.
Create detailed, comprehensive UI design specifications for collaboration with Engineering.
Evaluate usability and visual consistency of existing dialog flows and recommend design changes.
Create guidelines, reference artifacts, and resources for third-party developers to assist in UI design.
Develop and evangelize user interface design best practices and guidelines to ensure a consistent brand-experience for users.
Ability to work in a matrix team, and be a vital individual contributor fully responsible for a given design area.
Able to gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications.
Able to write clear and concise user stories from a functional requirement standpoint.
Actively participate in scrum meetings to ensure product features are built as per the specifications defined

Requirements:

BA/BS (MS preferred) degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors/Ergonomics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Share a portfolio that demonstrates interaction and visual design — Solve complex visual problems by rigorously refining compositions to a simple solution.
Big plus if you’re technical — You’re familiar with the technologies required to create component frameworks. Bonus points if you’re savvy in HTML/CSS.
Minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in UX, software design, product management and/or prototyping.
Experience with qualitative usability testing.
CRM domain preferably Sales.
Excellent communication in customer and internal meetings summarize key usability discoveries .
Experience in facilitating and follow-through of customer meeting, usability workshop, and internal meeting.
