Job Description:

The Lifestyle Marketing Manager will work to create breakthrough experiential programs that drive shareable moments, consumer content creation opportunities, and trial. She/He will also work to build elite partnerships with other marquis consumer brands to drive further reach and entrench the brand in the Canadian Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Promotions and Program Management
• Ownership of the promotions (non-retail), partnerships and experiential strategy and plan for the Canadian market
• Develop grassroots trial programs, with a digital-first mindset to support the business objectives, and drive the brand through acquisition and retention
• Work jointly with the entire team to i) deliver fully integrated marketing plans in the Canadian market, and ii) ensure key console, game and priorities are supported with partnerships, promotions and experiential marketing
• Ensure programs are flawlessly executed
• Monitor competitive activity
• Benchmark, evaluate and measure programs with your deep understanding of marketing analytics
2) Partnership Development and Management
• Develop the strategy and plan to foster relationships and build co-marketing programs with key lifestyle brands and companies on behalf
• Manage the executive engagement strategy with partners
• Act as the liaison with team for partner opportunities and programs
• Ensure all co-marketing program details are properly executed including legal agreements, proper and 3rd party approvals and general program management
• Manage the partnership ecosystem to ensure all incoming requests and proposals are responded to in a timely manner
• Benchmark, evaluate and measure programs with your deep understanding of marketing analytics
3) Communications and Resource Management
• Manage day-to-day relationship with Experiential agency
• Work with the ecosystem of agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure programs are fully integrated, including pre promotion and post amplification
• Coordinate plans and learnings with worldwide counterparts via regular communication with the Global and US partnership teams
4) Budget Management
• Deliver spending budgets through effective allocation of resources by marketing activity

• 4-year degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing
• Minimum 5 years-experience in consumer marketing/promotions for a top tier company
• Passion for the industry and understanding of the gaming market a must
• Experience in consumer electronics an asset
• Demonstrated success in, developing and executing marketing campaigns (specifically around experiential, partnerships and promotions) and managing marketing budgets
• Experience in event, digital, and social management
• Experience in business development, partner management or sales an asset
