Job Description:

Duration: 6 months
Location: Flexible - with a minimum of 1 day every 2 weeks in Lake Forest, IL

MUST HAVE:
Adobe Analytics experience

STRONG PLUS:
Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Data Workbench
Google Analytics

* Work in a cross-functional team responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and delivering actionable recommendations by bringing data to life through Adobe Data Workbench

Qualifications:

* Digital analytics
* 3+ years working with site analytics data (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
* 2+ years experience with Adobe Data Workbench (ADW)
* Adept at working with business partners to build best in class analytics solutions that provide insight into how customers interact with online and offline marketing
* Expert at building and maintaining models within ADW
* Experience in driving multi-channel initiatives using online/offline data

Major responsibilities and duties: Responsibilities:
* Communicate and translate quantitative findings to key business stakeholders
* Evaluate business goals/objectives and develop strategies for measurement & reporting
* Assist with tracking and improving the results of marketing campaigns
* Collaborate with Adobe consultants and Grainger Enterprise Systems teams regarding technical specifications and implementations
Requirements: Additional skills:
* Experience working in a highly matrixed organization
* Extremely detail-orientated and self-motivated
* Possesses strong technical working knowledge of web analytic technologies
* Fluent in SQL/SPSS/SAS/R or working in relational database environment a plus
