Job Description:

The User Studies Facilitator will execute study protocols, conduct interviews and organize surveys focused on identifying product specifications, human performance and perception metrics and to validate product solutions in the Hardware organization.  Your passion should be data collection over actual design.

Responsibilities include: 

• Facilitate one-on-one to large group study sessions 
• Administer screener, consent forms and study protocol 
• Manage and maintain study documents and electronic data 
• Assist with study environment setup 
• Follow instructions on how to setup and manage study equipment 
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering and product development groups 

Key Qualifications 
▪ Familiarity with user experience research or usability methods 
▪ Ability to acquire familiarity with emergent technologies 
▪ Ability to work on a number of fast-paced projects across diverse technologies simultaneously 
▪ Meticulous attention to detail 
▪ The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills 

BS degree in cognitive psychology or equivalent experience in behavioral or social sciences
