*Please note, This position is 3 days a week (24 hours)

Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) is an initiative that will provide brand and medical teams with better tools and techniques to engage our customers. A multi-Global Business Unit/country project team has been put together to build a high-performing MCE platform in each business: setting up new channels of engagement, providing standard tools, upgrading our data management and analytics capability, and ensuring the integration that enables customer-centered, closed loop marketing. Achieving them is a critical part of our Company's digital strategy.

The Communications Lead will have the following responsibilities:

· Develop and implement an internal communications strategy that communicates and inspires current Company colleagues around the Multi-Channel Engagement (MCE) initiative
· Manage the internal communications program so that internal stakeholders across the Company are informed of MCE news, direction and have mechanisms for providing feedback to program leadership
· Communicate the MCE brand story to engage and inspire all Company stakeholders. Connect associates to the mission, strategic priorities and equip all to be ambassadors of the MCE initiative
· Ensure stakeholders understand what is happening throughout the MCE journey
· Be the point of contact for communications on all MCE matters
· Lead the design and management of all internal communication channels and messages
· Lead the stakeholder management communication plan ensuring messages and information are clearly disseminated and understood through the organization
· Manage current and new internal communications channels including the development and ongoing management of the MCE website, newsletters, emails, videos, etc.
· Play a lead role in the organization and preparation of the messaging for MCE live meetings, phone conferences, etc.
· Design structure and timing of internal messages through a variety of communication mediums. Build and deliver messages that resonate with diverse audiences
· Build internal digital channels e.g., social media, apps, etc. that inspire and communicate the MCE transformation of traditional communications efforts using more innovative channels
· Measure the effectiveness of internal messages and channels on an ongoing basis and make recommendations to review and amend the strategy as appropriate

Skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Multi-Channel Marketing experience
· Internal communications experience in complex organizations with geographically dispersed staff
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
· Experience In developing and implementing internal communications strategies and measuring their effectiveness
· Experience writing for a variety of audiences
· Skilled in communications tools, including social media channels and other digital mediums
· Involvement in managing an intranet site
**Must have recent digital marketing communication experience**

· Undergraduate degree
