Job Description:

Our client, a Fortune 500 organization, is looking to grow their Lead Generation team with the addition of a qualified Digital Consultant to support their team. They support marketing targeting small to medium-sized US-based B2B clients by partnering to develop marketing insights and execute campaigns for local market acquisition goals. The Lead Generation team works closely with the Sales teams to understand local market goals and buyer needs. The team also partners with multiple Marketing teams to scale resources and expertise. In this role, we are seeking candidates who will bring: experience running or supporting Lead Generation and Demand Generation campaigns, account-based marketing and knowledge of Eloqua 10.

Key areas of focus within this role include:

Support and Execute Digital Media Campaigns

  • Social Campaigns and SEO/SEM programs
  • Web Optimization and Analysis
  • Proofread digital marketing materials
  • Interface with legal

    Project Management

  • Meet with internal clients to develop and execute lead management campaigns
  • Assess client needs
  • Develop written strategy and implementation plan to address needs
  • Work with internal and external resources and teams including:

    • Creative services

    • Legal compliance

    • Data Analytics (List development, Post-campaign results analysis)

    • Lead Management Digital specialists

    • Salesforce.com

    • Telemarketing vendor

    • Eloqua

  • Update internal clients on campaign results on an ongoing basis culminating in post-campaign results and learnings presentation.

  • Requirements:

    Desired Candidates will bring:

  • 3+ years Experience with B2B Direct Marketing, Digital Marketing, eCommerce and Digital Campaigning. Specifically, you must bring experience optimizing channels (email, paid social, paid search, website, retargeting, telemarketing and measuring and reporting KPI’s, and interpreting digital media analytics to glean learnings from campaign results.
  • 3+ years of Project Management Experience
  • Strategic Planning experience: understand client needs and translates into an effective Lead Generation campaign
  • Excellent project planning and budget planning skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Execute projects on time and on budget
  • Excellent analytic skills; superior logic
  • Goal oriented and personally accountable; resourceful and self-directed; continuous learner

  • Hands-on experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office required, Eloqua 10 (or similar digital communications platform) desired and Salesforce.com (or similar CRM) is helpful.
