Job Description:

Large Media and Entertainment company in New York is looking for a coordinator/administrator to join their Real Estate Account Management team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

The Corporate Real Estate Account Management Coordinator is responsible for managing the administration services for the Director as well as assist in coordinating various functions for the department. Candidates for this position must possess strong multi-tasking capabilities, strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to prioritize and manage deadlines, as well as have strong attention to detail.

Other responsibilities include:
-Maintain active calendar with external/internal partners located primarily in the US (NY, FL & CA) as well as Europe, Latin America and Asia
-Prioritize work requests from the Director, Senior Account Managers & Team (NY & CA)
-Coordinate and work closely with various partners in Design & Delivery, Legal, Finance
-Coordinate, schedule, and initiate audio and video conferences
-Liaise with IT to ensure technology issues are resolved
-Update and maintain regional project status reports
-Develop and design effective PowerPoint presentations
-Work closely with the Portfolio Analyst to develop effective reporting tools and monitor various databases
-Develop a working knowledge of Tririga, our Corporate Real Estate database program
-Attend meetings and assist the team with follow-up items, meeting minutes when required
-General administrative duties including domestic and international travel arrangements
-Develop an understanding of Corporate Real Estate policies, procedures and real estate portfolio

Basic Qualifications:
Five+ years’ experience of executive assistant work experiences and/or experience in a project team environment.
Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. SAP or Concur for expense management.

Required Education:
Bachelors or Associates Degree
