Job Description:

 This position supports the development of web applications, games, and simulations related to training for various industries. Ideal candidates have previous experience in a web application/software development environment, with strong abilities in user interface design and modern coding conventions. 

Responsibilities include: 
• Working in a team environment to develop training materials that enhance and convey learning objectives for various clients in multiple media platforms 
• Designing, creating and modifying application source code following specified process and standards

Required Skills: • A minimum of 2 years of experience • Excellent programming skills as applied to web and mobile applications • Ability to create and manipulate code with strong abilities utilizing HTML5, CSS, XML, JavaScript • Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Flash/Animate, Illustrator • Demonstrated experience designing effective graphic user interfaces (GUI) • Must be detail oriented • Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment • Strong verbal and written communication skills Desired Skills: • Working knowledge of training industry tools and standards: LCMS, xAPI, SCORM • Typescript, ASP.NET, NodeJS and ActionScript • Git or similar version control system • Experience working as part of a team following AGILE development processes • Experience with Mobile Application design and development Required Education: • Bachelor’s degree in software/web development or equivalent. Eight years professional graphic programming experience will be considered in lieu of degree.

Eight years professional graphic programming experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
