Aquent Secure Creative<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
Aquent Secure Creative is an environment that’s configured with industry-leading security controls like VPN capabilities, malware protection, data loss prevention, and web browsing controls to enable secure collaboration and communication with client teams. This environment can be used by staffing clients that rely on Aquent to supply systems to their talent (whether remote or on-site) as well as by our global creative studio<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n
We successfully completed a System and Organization Controls (SOC 2^{®<\/sup>) Type 2<\/a><\/strong> examination of our environment by engaging an independent audit agency to examine how we address security and confidentiality while accessing, storing, processing, and transmitting confidential client data.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n}

Aquent employs a defense in depth approach with multiple layers and intentional redundancies to protect our Macs and PCs. In addition, we partner with industry-leading solutions providers to ensure the security and confidentiality of client data on our computers. Client data is encrypted at rest and data transfers are strictly controlled. Protections are also in place to reduce the risk of lost or stolen computers.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n
Secure collaboration<\/h5>\n\n\n\n
Aquent allows clients to establish all collaboration standards to which we adapt our approach. We can configure our computers to use a client’s managed collaboration services or we can provide a collaboration platform configured to protect and encrypt our client’s intellectual property while it is stored, accessed, and transmitted.<\/p>\n<\/body><\/html>\n\n\n\n
