Finance. Gig economy companies have their own versions of minimum wage, workers comp, and other employment norms, all offering far less than what they should be. \u201cThey should not have a different set of rules just for them,\u201d added Chuang, pointing out that other companies manage to take care of workers and provide products and services consumers want.
