Aquent has again been named the largest Marketing Creative Staffing Firm in the United States by Staffing Industry Analysts.

We’ve certainly come a long way from our humble beginnings in a Harvard dorm room in the 1980s. In addition to most Fortune 500 companies, today’s top 10 most valuable companies in the world rely on us for creative, digital, and marketing talent.

Customers Come First (and Second and Third)

But while being the biggest is great, being the best matters even more.

What does the best mean, exactly? We think it means providing exceptional customer service, both to talented marketing and creative people looking for work and to great companies looking for top talent.  

How are we doing there? We’re proud to say that we just won Inavero’s Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Awards for the fifth year in a row. And we did it by receiving client satisfaction scores that were nearly twice the industry average and talent satisfaction scores that were more than 30 percent higher than the industry average.

It’s rewarding to hear positive endorsements from so many of our clients and talent that led to this award. According to the most recent Net Promoter Score data, the majority of our clients and placed talent said they would recommend us to a friend or colleague.

But there’s more: We’re also the most popular staffing firm on Glassdoor. Clients and talent have rated us 4 out of 5 stars, while our nearest national competitor is rated 3.4 out of 5 stars.
