Interested in learning jQuery?

If so, you will be VERY interested in our upcoming Aquent Gymnasium course, "jQuery Building Blocks: 5 Ways to Cut Your Development Time in Half." This course, taught by application architect and developer David C. Porter, will show you how to use jQuery and teach you five specific techniques for getting work into production faster.

The course, designed for those who already have a working knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript, will cover things like how to take advantage of jQuery plug-ins (to create carousel slideshows, for example), how to write your own jQuery plug-ins, how to create dynamic websites that respond to user actions without server calls and how to make your site more dynamic by pulling in data from elsewhere.

If you have already enrolled in a course through Aquent Gymnasium, such as Coding for Designers or Responsive Web Design, then we'll be sure to let you know when jQuery Building Blocks launches.

If you are new to Aquent Gymnasium, sign up for an account so we can stay in touch!

If you would like to see what the jQuery course will cover in more detail, check out this video:
